Steve Ramsey, CPA

Steve has over 25 years experience in the areas of accounting, finance, tax, auditing, operations, and consulting for public, private and international companies ranging up to $400 million in revenue.

Over the past 7 years, as a Fractional CFO, he has successfully led his clients to many favorable financial and situational outcomes.

Experience

Throughout his career, Steve has served in a variety of financial capacities including CFO, VP of Finance, Corporate and Business Unit/Operations Controller, Accounting Manager, Financial Reporting Supervisor, and Financial Analyst.

He has obtained expertise in M&A; due diligence; financial reporting; strategic planning, forecasting and budgeting; cost accounting, taxes and tax planning, ERP system and internal control implementation; multi-site and international manufacturing; banking relationships; treasury, insurance and risk management; foreign exchange hedging; operational improvement, cost reduction and cash flow management; and board reporting.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a concentration in

Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh. He has been a Certified Public Accountant for over 20 years. He loves working remotely and living with his family in beautiful Rockingham County, VA. He enjoys exploring the outdoors and golfing in the Shenandoah Valley and beyond.
